I want to work on Inoperative EPF A/c. because my one EPF A/c. is in Inoperative Mode and I want to transfer this in my Present Active EPF A/c. but there is no any Activated Plate Form of Inoperative A/c Helpdesk in this as which is shown by epfoindia on their website on Our Services – For Employees – Services – Inoperative A/c. Helpdesk – First Time User – Click here to proceed.
    I think The Department has Remove this Plate Form and doing the cheating with the Employees who is suffering from this Problem and Previouse Employer has no doing any help with them to Transfer their this A/c.
    But Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narenda Modi Wishes to do help to Employees for this problem but Department has no want. THANKS – With Regards.

  5. I want to transfer my PF previous employers but the link for inoeperative Accounts is not available. There are so many comments and people are suffering. The PF authorities must look into the matter and the problem resolved. I am asenior citizen and want my money and pension.

  6. Epfo cheated its inoperative members that was only for earning fame by present govt. By making big commitment and not keeping it is like habitual behavior of present govt. Making fool of general public. Epfo sucks…

  7. My big portion of PF amount is stuck with this.I am trying my level best to retrieve this hard earned money.But I failed.No, Government cheated me.Where I will go ?Where I will raise my concern ?Even they removed so called “EPFO’s Inoperative Account Help Desk”.

    Guys Only one solution here.Lost is lost .Leave this country.Here they just need our money.

  8. Best way is to ask your old employee to open an UAN account based on your adhaar card.

    My PF was pending with my previous employer for the period 2001 to 2005, They allocated UAN no. to me , I completed KYC and got my money in 30 days time.

    • As per your comment I must open one uan number for each of my pf account. Kindly assist. My old pf money is all stuck at pf office and the inoperative link does not work anymore. Thanks.

  9. i completed my all formalities through epf site for my inoperative accounts. I was also given reference number after furnishing all detail and i also received a message that PF officials will contact me for after some time to complete the process after due verification from my employers but neither any body has contacted me nor i received any communication till even after passing of 1 years of time. I contacted PF office too but no body was aware about this drive of inoperative account when show them the hard copy of documents officer told contact central office only. if nay one have any idea to central office contact process pl let me know at my mobile number 7718817947.   10. 2012 13 May main main Everest company mein contact per karya kiya tha jiska PF contact dwara form nahin bhar Kar diye jaane ke Karan main nahin nikal Paya hun ise nikaalne mein meri madad ki jaaye

  11. I have received a reference number from EPFO Inoperative Account Helpdesk a year back. But there was no communication from concerned EPF office till date. Now that the option is no more available in EPF site, am not able to claim or link my old account to current one. Please help.

  17. Inoperative help desk option not available on the EPFuO website. But you can transfer your previous PF amount to the new one you have. You can not withdraw at this moment. Below is the process step by step.

    1. Collect FORM-13 from websites or from your previous/present employer.
    2. Fill 2 forms (Form-13). One will for you and one for your previous employer.
    3. Send the 2 filled forms, employment details, and ID proofs (recommend Aadhar Card & PAN card both) to your previous employer for signature and stamp.
    4. Send the signed and stamped FORM-13 form to your PF office. (Recommend – Go to the PF office physically.)
    5. Submit the FORM-13 at your PF office and take the acknowledge receipt they will provide for sure.
    6. At last, wait for you amount in your present PF account. Or, go to your PF office with the receipt for inquiry.

    The inoperative accounts help desk has been removed and the complainants may post their queries through EPFIGMS plot form to find the resolutions.

  22. The helpdesk phone would never connect and it always say busy no matter when you call. The inoperative account helpdesk is always down. What can be done to get this working?

  23. One of the stupid site. In present EPFO portal, there is no option for Inoperative A/C helpdesk under Employees section. Also, helpdesk number 1800118005 is not valid. Not sure why Government fakes citizens
